Bill Ilter founded Atlas General Construction and is cofounder of Atlas Pergola LLC. He also created Blue Home LLC in the Bay Area doing home flipping. He has more than 20 years of experience in the construction business.

Pasha studied construction in London and managed construction companies in the Bay Area. He is a co-founder of Atlas Pergola and is responsible from implementation of the projects.
