It's like another room that lets you enjoy the beauty of nature all year long, even during harsh weather conditions. The roof of the Sunroom is made of glass, which can be fixed or retractable. It's completely waterproof, so you don't have to worry about getting wet when it rains.

Atlas Pergola can add very functional windows and doors to your outdoor and indoor spaces. We have completed high-end projects in the Bay Area, including remodeling and new house construction.
The design service is $200, and deductable from project cost.
Before you start the project, we provide high-quality renders. Design service is usually free if you sign an agreement. However, if you are exploring and bidding, we can give you a free estimate, and for a small service fee as low as $200, we can give you a high-quality design render. We will deduct this amount from your total project price, once you sign agreement.

Site visit & Estimate
Our project manager provides free on-site consultations and estimates based on the information gathered during the visit.

Engineering Plan Preparation
Our team creates detailed plans with standard and custom designs, ensuring compliance with site-specific requirements. Licensed engineers provide their expertise to achieve this.

Submit Material Orders
We'll finalize presite and construction plans before placing orders, minimizing errors and enabling manufacturers to propose adjustments. After that we order materials.

Permit
We submit permits and Coordinate with city. We secure permits from local authorities and make necessary adjustments.

Insallation
Our team professionally make installation by following up the plan and codes to ensure success.

Inspection & Completion
We give utmost importance to ensuring that the installation is done with integrity and safety. In case of any necessary corrections, we promptly address them to complete the project. After completion, clients review and receive the final project, and we provide ongoing assistance for any service or warranty needs, making sure that they have a stress-free experience.
